Over the years I have put together my own personal workout programs, conditioning exercises and nutritional plans.  This has been the cornerstone to my success and ability to compete at a National level in Men’s Physique and Men’s bodybuilding.  My background in Anatomy, Physiology and Nutrition as well as being a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic give me the tools needed to help you as an athlete.  I can put together a diet, workout or conditioning program to help you achieve your goals.
